List of documents to be presented at the interview
- Passport
- National driver’s license
- Extract/Certificate from the Unified Register of Individuals and Legal Entities, necessarily indicating KVED 49.32. «Provision of taxi services» (document on registration as an individual entrepreneur issued by the state registrar)
- License for passenger transportation by taxi (issued by the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety)
- Identification code
- Vehicle registration certificate or temporary registration card
- Extract from the Register of Unified Tax Payers (issued by a tax inspectorate)
- Notice of opening a current account of an individual entrepreneur (for an individual entrepreneur, not for an individual)
